Matching Cells between two documents & copying sheets/hyperlinking cells via toolbar macro

I'm trying to create a toolbar macro (one that can be called from the toolbar)

To match cells between two documents and and then copy a sheet across to a different document and then fill in any matched cells and also create a hyperlink to the cell location where the match can be found...

I've started the macro but am unsure how to do it all across documents...

I've updated the code a little, but I still can't workout the matching/copying part :/
