Exclude Blanks

I need the info to copy only if there is something in the cell. The blanks are all copying right now, and it's messing me up.

I tried that... maybe it's because I'm changing the match columns? Say I wanted to change them to F, I, Q, T. What would I have to change except for all B,C,D,E's become F,I,Q,T?

When I do it, it runs and populates pretty much every row. I don't know why... Here is my code after the change.

Try to change Count = 2 to Count = 3
I think it is the problem..
I prefer to attach the original wb..
