Copy range to specific column with specific date with macro

Hi all
I have data in column a,b,c which get value from formula. Value in column b will change every day. Column c is today date. I must copy and paste special(value) from b3:b(n) to column d,e,f,,,,, according to specific date of d2,e2,f2,,,,,every day. (See the attachment). How to code macro to copy and paste special(value) from range b start at b3 to column d,e,f,,(start at row 3) according to specific date of d2,e2,f2 and when time >=17.00.
