macro needed for allocating works to users based on criteria

Hi Champs,

I have excel file in which there are 7 codes with 4 status .... the same has to be allocated to 4 users based on the below rules.

1. if code 93 and for all status, that has to be assigned to the user1 "JOHN"
2. for all code except 93 with status "Annual Vector", that has to be assigned to the user2 "Rosy"
3. for all code except 93 with status "Green Valley", that has to be assigned to the user 3 "Jimmy"
4. for all status of 0 and 1 and any two codes except 93, 50% has to assigned to user4 "Gokul"
5. all the other 0 and 1 of all codes except 93 has to be equally assigned to JOHn, Rosy and Jimmy

i have attached the sample file for the reference. Please help me with a macro

Thanks for the reply. It works but there is rule where code 93 has to be assigned to only JOHN with any status.....

but this rule is not working by the code provided by you. pls help to fix this. Thanks in advance
