Automatically correct one sheet with data from another?

Is it possible to have one sheet automatically correct data based on entries in another worksheet?

I have one worksheet which lists all the dates and times that all of my employees have worked, which is quite extensive.

Based on a different report, I can sometimes tell that a given entry is probably going to be erroneous. I would like to be able to list such entries on a separate sheet in the aforementioned workbook and have it locate and automatically correct the entries in the larger worksheet.

    Can that be done?
