"For Loop Not Initialized" Error

I have two blocks of code that work fine individually, but when I put them together, they stop working once we get to the first "Next"

Again, both of these work perfectly individually, but when I put "TRACKING2" before "Next c2" in "TRACKING1", it all comes to a halt with an error message saying: "For Loop Not Initialized"

Are you copying the code from TRACKING2 and putting it in TRACKING1 or are you calling TRACKING2 from TRACKING1?

I've tried both ways, neither worked. Right now, I have it copied in.

I switched it so that I call it, it works now for some reason. I guess I just needed to restart.
