conditonal formatting

Hi,
I have been using the below code to highlight cells which are before todays date however I had previously been using parsedate function to convert from text to date which I no longer nedd and have removed but has caused it to stop working, I also want to calculate it against the date in the corresponding row in column A instead of now as over time all the dates in the row become outside the parameters, So basically I need want the code to highlight all dates in columns Q & R which are 30 days or more than the corresponding date in column A. Can anyone help with this?

Ive tried the normal conditional formatting but it doesnt really work for me as the macro i use adds and deletes rows etc., all i need the macro to do now is compare the date in colmn a compared to s less 30 days, can anyone help?
