Attached is an example spreadsheet that I am trying to use.
I have certain countries that buy certain widgets from my company. Based upon translations required for each country, I have listed the translations required for each widget by country. This I am typing in myself.
The next thing is to try to showcase the information the other way around. I want to create an IF statement where we check for the language, return all the countries that require a certain language and display the countries concatenated within one cell, separated by commas.
The only caveat is some countries can use multiple languages, showcased as "Spanish or English" or "Russian or English". We want then for the language to count only as English, or only Russian and so on. The example shows this breakdown.
Any help to develop this would be helpful. I don't think a normal formula will work for this example and I might need some programming to make it all come together. Since I am not a programmer I am in need of assistance to make this work.
I found an example that is the closest example I could find:

However the "Spanish or English" change might require additional programming that I am not currently capable of working through. Again, any assistance is welcome.
