Macro/Program for Data Searching/Matching

Hi,

I feel I am close to figuring this out but would like to bounce ideas off other excel users.

Problem: I need to search each cell in a column for the "# Amount" that is listed in that cell, check that # to see if that amount needs to be added to a bigger group or smaller group.

Example: I attached a sample piece, so it would be easy to relay what it is I am looking for.
