ActiveX controls were working and now they have stopped.

Hello,

I created a spreadsheet to be used at work. The ActiveX controls have been working fine for months and now they have stopped working.

We have tried it on 4 computers in total but only 1 computer still works. Does anyone know what could of caused this? Is there an update that could of stopped it?
