find and display using userform in excel 2010

Hi Experts,

i have an excel which has column upto "L' with different data i them.

the current logic, retreive data from only "column F".

Whereas i wanted it to search from "Column C - Column F".

List all the possible match in the list box down with the details from column B, D, E, F, L.

In current sheet Userform opens from Ctrl+q keys.

Please help, i am very new to the VBA, and its urgent requirement.
