Problem with referencing a cell in VBA

Hi all,

So I have encountered problem when I want to refer to a specific cell under a heading in a spreadsheet.

I.e. Cell A1 has the value Ref Number, so naturally I will rename cell A1 as "RefNo".

But now, under this heading, I wish to select and copy the data below Cell RefNo...How would I, using VBA, tell the program to start selecting and copy the data under the cell "RefNo"?

Do you know how much data to copy in advance? To refer to the cell beneath RefNo you would use:
