How to add headers and footers in a word file from a macro?

Hi,

I have an excel file which has a macro to create a word file and copy contents of the excel to it. But i wish to add Headers and Footers as well to my Word file from that macro as soon as it is created from the excel macro.

The footers have 2 images along with other text as seen in the attachment.

Please help me with this.

I think i can take a reference of the images for the footer by keeping them in the excel itself and then copying them into the Word file that i create from the macro.But in that case too i dont understand how to copy it from excel worksheet to headers and footers section in the word.

Would be really glad if anyone can help a bit here..
