Randomly moving (cut paste) cells from one list to another cell based on a common field

Hello everyone, I'm new here and and I'm looking for help with one automation I'm sure I can do with a macro, but not really sure where to start it.

I have certain columns in a sheet where I assign codes to people based on their permissions (4 different levels), every level has it's own range of possible values on another sheet in same workbook. Could you guide me to find a solution for this?


Example:

SHEET ONE

user name User last name Code level Code
Jhon Doe LEVEL 3 (value moved from sheet two)


SHEET TWO

LEVEL 1 LEVEL 2 LEVEL 3 LEVEL 4
90000 91000 92000 93000
90001 91000 92001 93001
. ..............

Yes I could. I get the search for the appropriate level (column), but how is the correct row determined?
