Amendment to code: automatically insert rows if needed

I have this code:

It automatically populates a table in a report by pulling data from an server based excel workbook. The code works fine. However, there will occasionally be times when i need more that 12 rows (indicated by lines with arrow). Is there a way to make it so the program automatically determines how many rows it needs and inserts them or even deletes rows it does not need (min rows 12)?
