Copy DDMMYYYYHHMMSS and Paste as Unicode Text

I have a promblem I've been trying to solve without success and wonder if someone could kindly assist?

The TIME_STAMP column is date and time formatted from a now() function. I need to copy all of my data and paste onto a new sheet as unicode text and then concatenate my results with a pipe delimiter.

At the moment, when I paste to a new sheet data in TIME_STAMP is just coming through as '41978.4290821759'. If I format the columns it will show correctly, but when I concatenate my columns, concatenate decides on its own date format.

How can I resolve this?
