Search Column A & C for string and copy entire row to new sheet

Hi,
I'm fairly new to Excel & am stuck. I want to search Columns A & C for the string -T and move the entire rows to a new sheet called 'Dash T'. Would also need to include page breaks to separate the results.

The sheet contains no more than 1000 rows.
