Getting a Macro to Delete a Row

I am working on a macro on report that calls information from another spreadsheet. As part of it, I copy and paste special to assign values to the cells linked to the other spreadsheet. The values returned when I do this for "empty" cells are zeros in general format. Is there anyway to get the macro to recognize and more importantly, delete the row. My other attempt was to sort the file and use goto to find the first zero but from there, I am still do not kow the code for deleting the road. I have attached a sample spreadsheet.

    Your help is appreciated.
