How to Make a Search User Form

I want to make a search UserForm . Here i made
"Add UserForm" but am facing a problem while
add item. The values are adding but an error
message is coming after hitting add button
"Invalid Property Value " . Otherwise that Form is
working well. So please help me to rectify the error
on this UserForm.
In the next "Search Form" I want to search the
things which i added thorough the "add userform" ,
for that if i gives a value in the boxes like :- If I
gives " SAP No " or " COMPANY NAME " or "
CHEQUE No " (any one of them) then the result
box should show the details against the search
value( Cheque No, Cheque Date, Cheque Amount).
A nd also i want to edit and update the values
thorough the result box . After updating the datas
should save / over writte. Please help me to make
this user form working .
