I have an excel spreadsheet that tracks what is still needed on files my company is processing.

Column H = Follow up needed?

If "YES" is in column H, that entire row needs to be copied and pasted into the next sheet (sheet2) without duplicates.

Sheet1 headers on row 4, with data starting on row 5.
Sheet2 headers on row 4, with date starting on row 5.

Will need row data from A-H columns copy and pasted into sheet2 when H = YES

The "without duplicates" is a luxury to be automated. I know that I can run the macro and then "remove duplicates" from sheet2 each time I open it. If I take this option, I will need to make sure that cell formatting is not affected when duplicates are removed.

Thank you!
