    userform to input data

    Hi,

I have an excel file with a userform and this userform needs to input data into specific columns. How do I code it such that it will appear the way it is in the attached file? Can someone please help me with it.

    bqheng,

If you don't get this resolved by this time tomorrow, I will try to help you out. I have created 2 user forms that do something similar to what you are trying to accomplish and I will have to modify them a bit to do what you want. Once I have it complete, I will attach it for you.

    bqheng,
I have the code for you, just not sure how to get it into a "code box", so I will paste it here. If it's not what you want, let me know.

This goes in the "submit" button -

Hi, Thank you for help. The info goes to where I want it to be, but it will override the previous info if i try entering another set of data. Can you help me with that?

    Re: userform to input data

I thought you might want to keep a running sheet and have it keep the old info so I have already been looking into it. There is a way to do this, I use it on one of my user forms. The problem I am having is that some of the cells are merged so it has me a bit baffled at the moment. I will keep working with it.

    Re: userform to input data

You're welcome. I have made some progress, but it's not 100% yet. I can get the 1st 2 submissions to work correctly, but the ones after that go haywire, haven't figured out why....yet.

One more try for today. Hopefully this one will work for you. There will be a few extra spaces between each set, working on getting that down to 1 or no spaces.

    Re: userform to input data

Howdy. Well, I am able to get it to skip only 1 line on the first submit action, then it goes back to skipping 2 lines for each submit after that. I have no idea why it is doing this, it's driving me batty. I will continue to work on it, but not sure how soon I can get it figured out, or even if I can
