Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution.
Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.
To change a Title go to your first post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.
(This thread should receive no further responses until this moderation request is fulfilled, as per Forum Rule 7)
Never use Merged Cells in Excel
Are the mods happy with the change of title now?
Can we wade in with questions/answers?

I really don't know what's wrong with the title?
First I titled the thread : What's the wrong with this function? (Is the title not clear or what?)
Now I changed the title (Is it suitable now ... ?)
YasserKhalil,
The title is fine now (thanks zbor), but you don't explain why the function isn't working for you. I suspect two things:
1) You're not getting the result you require for "blank" cells. This can be solved by moving the section of the function that copes with blanks to the start of the code rather than the end.
2) You're getting the same outcome for all scores. This could happen if your "scores" are generated by percentages rather than whole numbers. If this is the case then all percentages are less than 1 (i.e. 75% is 0.75). This can be cured by amending the numbers in the code to decimals.![]()

If it's neither of those things, feel free to tell us what the unexpected results are and we can go from there.
BSB.
Working fine for me..![]()
