macro to send an email for every unique item

hi

need you assistance to edit the existing macro i have. currently this send 1 email for every unique email address in column v. what i need is for the macro to send 1 enail for every uniqie shipment number in column A. So in my attached example, mid005@yahoo.com will receive 5 separate emails.

Also i need the place of delivery be written inserted in the email body...
