Path from the imported document as cell value

Dear Professionals,
I try to get imported picture path as C2 value.
For example, if I click on IMPORT PICTURE button, and then import picture from C:/Public/New_Folder/Test.jpg, I would like to get in C2 following value:
New_Folder/Test

Can you help me to find out the right code?
