Tracker tool problem

Hello,

I am trying to track the slippage of dates.

I've run a query from one of the systems and export that data via macro to the other tabs in my spreadsheet.

The problem I have is keeping all the data related to the same contract number in my "Slippage-Dates" tab. Especially as new contracts numbers will be added daily.
