Add rows to table based on value in a specific cell + fill table with data from range

Hello All,

I have a range of data on sheet "Continuous Injection" and would like to copy that data to the bottom of a table on sheet "Continuous Injection Trends". The sheet updates monthly and wipes away the old data from the CI sheet, so my goal is to carry this data from each month on end to the Trend table for historical look-up purposes.

The range of cells on "Continuous Injection" sheet will vary from month to month (the column count is fixed, but the row count varies).

Any suggestions?
