Runsheet with Macro Issues (Run-time Error '13': Type Mismatch)

Hi There,

First off I am new to using Macros....I am working on a runsheet for the producer of our Sports Show. I believe I have gotten the timing formulas correct. The macro used in the spreadsheet is so the producer doesn't need to enter in hh:mm:ss... (hence [m]:ss).

What I need now is the ability to delete and add rows freely based on the amount of stories used per segment (it will vary for each episode) Each time I do this I get the Run-time Error '13': Mismatch

Additionally I need the formula and formatting to be included in any new rows are inserted.
