Hi I'm from Brazil excuse thousand apologize for is teasing you because I believe your time should be minimal but would very much like to help me in this spreadsheet because I have to present it at work to try to fix a lot of research alone but could not'll explain humbly ask that help me please.
I have two forms the first named registering review where the information is entered.
The second with the Preliminary Assessment Form name will be used to display information is

Or you may be all OptionButton would be the corresponding silo that show these Textbox where silos relationship that has this matter show in the ListBox in which only these would be with click conditions.
The first line has this header
