Need Macro to create seperate tabs and summary

Hello,

i have attached the data. i need help creating a macro for different state tab with just the state data from the main data sheet. the data on the data sheet can be variable but it always start from line 18 and heading starts from line 17. also i want macro to create a summary report which counts the orders of the state and adds up the amount to pay. can some one help me on this. thanks
