Macro to convert text number to digital number

Hi

I am attaching a file. There is a list of numbers that are text and I need to convert them to digital. The numbers are 75 55555 and five spaces at the end of the number on the right. When I delete the five "spaces" at the end and remove the space between the number on the left and the number on the right, the resulting number moves to the right of the cell. It's tedious to do each number in that fashion. I have over ten thousand numbers.
