macro to copy a row based on a value in a cell and change some values in the copied row

I need a macro to duplicate based on a cell value in column H. If the value is 456 for example, then I need the line to be copied 4 times, if the value is 230, then I need the line to be copied 2 times. (the number of times copied is based on the first number of the series of numbers). If the number in column H is less than a 100 then i don't need that row to be copied. Then I would need it to change the value in column J to an incrementing value of +1. I would then need column O to take the value of the cell above and minus it from the P cell next to it. For example the copied cell would have "=02-P2" Sorry if this is hard to understand. would you be able to help me with this? The photo below demonstrates what I would want it to do. (the values in columns change)
