Comparing Data and Duplicates

I am trying to compare some data such as what is posted in the top portion of the spreadsheet here:

Currently I am using array formulas, but am finding it to be extremely slow with the amount of data I have, and that the information I am pulling is not always correct. Ultimately I want the spreadsheet to show me an output that looks something like the bottom portion of the spreadheet above.


Would this be easier to do with a macro? If so - can anyone point me in the right direction? I am not great with macros yet.

Hello sweedey,

Anna, Nicole, and Pamela appear once in the list, yet you them listed in the Completion Date(Impact Date 2) column. Why not in Completion Date(Impact Date 1)?

What are the rules that apply to this situation?
