Question Macro button to insert new row with formulas and conditions

I need to make a macro button to insert a blank new row below the last one with information entered while carrying over the formulas and the conditions set.
As you can see on the attached I have a table with a formula, a drop box and conditions added. Is it possible to insert the new row using the command button with all of these carried over while leaving the user inserted data blank.

    Thanks in advance
