Combine two cell values to pull from specific Named Range

In column A I have the names of work positions.

In the top row I have a week determined by a calendar object.

On another sheet I have a scratchpad made by another macro that takes all available workers for that position and day and puts them in a named range depending on the position and day of the week. An example would be Floor Supervisor on Sunday (first day of the week) would be in name range "FloorSupervisor1"

The problem I'm having is trying to obtain two values from column A and the top row, combining them into the name range. I can get them combined but it is always a text value. how do I convert that text value into a name range?

Hopefully this is a good enough example of what I'm trying to accomplish.

    Have you tried Range(X)?
