    search for criteria on 3 different sheets and pulling row of data

    Can anyone help on Sheet 1 I would like to enter a title and then I would like the rows that are "x" from each title to return the information in column A & B. i have played with match index formulas but cannot get it to work. See attached sample. Thanks for looking.
