need formula to calculate the no of closed & cancel towards of orderno close&cancel dates

Dear expertise

i have received n number of orderno on daytoday to solve issue..i want find out on which dates orders get closed or Cancel in the board

Overall Dispatch Cases For The Day 01/04/2013 Is 200
Closed Cases Around 140 Cases On Different Dates
Cancel Cases Around 60 Cases On Different Dates

i want formula to map into table of weeks towards exact date of closed & cancel cases
For e.g order no 7006123697 dispatch on 1st-mar-13 and same order no closed on 20-mar-2013 like that 41 closed on same date..i want find the count of closed and cancel
I want formula in every every week section range under the no of case closed/cancelled
