find (criteria from list) delete rows below in another worksheet

Hi All,
I am having some trouble in trying to find a name in a row, then deleting all cells below in that column.
My Name to search for is activated through a drop down List ("J2")
This name can be found in row 20, between the range ("Q20:DIK20")
This name will occur 4 consecutive times in row20. For example:Q20, R20 S20 and T20
- When the name is found in the first instance, the next 3 columns will have the same name IN ROW 20 -
So now that we found the 4 consecutive name entries, I need to delete ALL contents below those 4 colums, starting with row 21
down to row 6000.
so the macro will always be deleting a block 24000 cells below the found Name(s) - BUT NOT THE NAMES THEMSELVES!
