Changing/rearranging Drawing object based on user input

I hope this is possible, somehow, but I'm likely going about it all wrong.

I want to create a worksheet that will show the most appropriate arrangement of pallets in a truck trailer based on dimensions of the pallet. The user would enter the number of pallets, whether they are stackable or not and the dimensions. Then the spreadsheet would calculate the most logical arrangement based on the dimensions and display it on the screen. I have a rough mock up attached. Sheet 1 has the inputs, Sheet 2 would be the layout.

    Is this possible with Excel?
