Pull rev letters from index(match), multiple rows of same DWG# each diff rev

Hi, I'm merging two excel files by importing tracking numbers and revision letters for each drawing number. The pivot data, or the data that both spreadsheets have in common is the drawing number. I have a list of the drawing numbers in the original file in column C. I have imported drawing numbers, tracking numbers, and rev letters in columns H, I, and J. I've entered an index(Match) function to gather tracking numbers in column F and the same for revision letters in column G. The problem is that there are multiple rows of the same drawing number in the imported column, H. Each of these rows could have different revision letters or different tracking numbers. Given this issue, i have tracking number and revision letter values pulled, but they could be one of many that I need. I want to gather all tracking numbers in column I correlating to a drawing number from C found in H to be placed in one cell separated by commas. I'd like to do the same for the revision letters, which are currently in imported data column J. I've been playing around with making new columns to make the data easier to work with, this may end up requiring VBA, but I figured I'd give it a shot to some folks more knowledgeable with functions and formulas. Help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Short Summary: I have multiple rows of the same drawing number. Each row has a different revision letter assigned and possibly and different tracking number. I need to get all correlating revision letters in one cell separated by commas, and all tracking numbers in another with the same format.
