ERP Data_Loader Macro

Hello friends,

I am creating a macro which will automatically upload data to certain ERP(QAD Enterprise). I have a macro created by an unknown worker of our company, which is working fine with old pc's having 32bit system. My problem is that macro malfunctions on 64BIT system. I just dont know how to add 64 Bit code.
I have attached that macro workbook below. In first sheet How_TO_USE i have given simple tutorial to use that macro. You can change preferences on 2nd control sheet. Project sheet is the data sheet(i.e. contains data to upload.)

Can Anybody help me ?
