Macro to Auto fill destination is the lastrow

If you have formulas, change the 4 .Value to .FormulaR1C1

Thanks Bernie, it's not working as i want - please help!
it is copying till first next row NOT till last row.
btw : column C has a (validation list) not value or formula, so neither .Value nor FormulaR1C1 are working
column N has formula,
