Find criteria from one sheet on another and delete rows above

I did find a possible solution on this forum. However there is a piece I am missing that will look for the search criteria which is manually input into a cell on another sheet, find it on the target sheet and then delete all rows above it but keeping the row where the criteria was found. Please see the attachment to have an idea of what I'm attempting to accomplish.
