How to protect worksheet that has macros

Hi,

I created a Workbook that has Marcos to "Add New Person" - this is to help track % qualification of team member skills. I have formulas that I want to lock and protect.

However when I go to do this, the drop downs next to "Role" and "Site IWS Phase" disappear.

Also, if I add a person, the locked cells do not tranfer.
