Split a record if a cell has a specific characters

Hi,

I have a table which has a listing of Part numbers and Order Numbers, however, some of the Part Numbers have have multiple order numbers listed in the same cell separated by a "/" or "-". I am looking for a macro that can look at each Order Number, and if it contains a "/" or a "-" Duplicate the record with the same data, but split the order number on its own row. Please see attached, and thanks in advance.
