copy contents of userform listbox to another userform listbox

have been looking at trying to copy contents of userform listbox to another userform listbox, have used this code to do textbox but does not work with listbox,

does any one know how to do this ,if its possible at all,userform1 has listbox that works ,I require the contents of that to go to userform4 listbox all items that are available in userform1 and update from either,any ideas or is this too much
