Hi Guys,

Please take a look at the two images below which are part of the same workbook. One is an inventory list and the other one is an invoice template.

I'm going to have a button which executes a macro doing the following:

1. F1 Has the last invoice number. So the macro should add one number to the one that is already there. (f1 is blank in the image below I know but I will put 1 for the first one)
2. Takes the items I put in the description column starting at b4 and updates the inventory list (that is, making an invoice of one tomato and click the button should take one tomate off the inventory sheet)

How would I go about setting up that macro in VBA?
