xml final url

hi,

i have an xml file, and on the 5th column there are urls and those urls are cloaked, meaning that they go to actually a final url. the final url value can naturally be known by crawling to the page via a browser etc. so, on that column, i want excel to write the final url instead of the cloaked ones by replacing the current value with the final-url value. is that possible? if not, is there any way to do it via other tools without damaging the xml structure? any help wil be appreciated. and please try to expain it considering that i know almost nothing about what to do.

I don't do an IE automation, sorry. Other people here can likely help.

You might want to start a new thread so it gets more attention, but you need to be a lot more clear in what you want.
