I am trying to adapt the above to work between 2 separate workbooks, but have not sorted the correct syntax.

The CS sheet is in Workbook 1
The PRICES sheet is in Workbook 2

Can some one assist me to adapt this to work between workbooks, and not a simgle workbook as is at the moment?

Just prefix Sheets("PRICES") with the relevant workbook name:

    for example.

Do I need to add the .xlsx also?
I did try that but without the .xlsx to no avail.

You should always include the file extension.
