Get Default Signature of outlook

Hi... in Excel Vba we usually use the below code to insert Outlook Signature...

we have to enter it manually the name of the Signature like below I written Naveen.htm where Naveen is my signature name in outlook..

we cant always edit the below code and enter signature names in every pc where ever I am using this Workbook to run the macro....

 Dim Sigstring As String
 
 Sigstring = Environ("appdata") & _
                "\Microsoft\Signatures\Naveen.htm"

Is there any method to capture default signature Name which is already in outlook of current user....

as username can get from

(Environ$("Username"))

If you .Display the email before defining the HTMLBody, Outlook automatically adds the default signature if the user has defined one. Then concatenate your email body before the default signature.

    
    strbody = "<H3><B>Hello</B></H3><br>"
    
    With OutMail
        .Display    'Display before defining the HTMLbody to have Outlook generate the Default signature
        .To = "email@address.com"
        .CC = ""
        .BCC = ""
        .Subject = "This is the Subject line"
        .HTMLBody = strbody & "<br>" & .HTMLBody    'Concatenate the strBody before the default signature
        '.Send
    End With

Hello, I tried the same, its working with default signature but every time screen is displaying (flickering) for every email...even after putting screen updating as false at the beginning, and True at the end

it may be due to .Display we used instead of .Send .. any other solution....

This will get the default signature by first displaying one dummy email and storing its signature (.HTMLBody). It then uses the stored signature for the other emails. So one email will flicker. That's the best I can do.

Put the code that stores the default signature before any Loop you use to generate the other emails

Store the default signature

    With OutApp.CreateItem(0)
        .Display
        strSig = .HTMLBody  'Default Signature
        .Delete
    End With

Concatenate the stored signature.

    With OutMail
        .To = "email@address.com"
        .CC = ""
        .BCC = ""
        .Subject = "This is the Subject line"
        .HTMLBody = strbody & "<br>" & strSig    'Concatenate the strBody before the default signature
        .Send
        '.Display
    End With

I would say this is very good idea instead of every time editing my code and writing the signature name ....
