I have instructions inside the workbook and if someones can help me..

I'm not a student and this isnt a homework my friend. I dont know what title can i give because i'm not an expert in excel and dont know what can be done to be this workbook easier for me.
You're right, I did not give the correct title, i'm sorry.
Can you at least read what I want to do and give me some instructions to look for myself; I know what I want to do but do not know how. If you can, I'll be grateful. Ιf not, no problem.

In your post you said you have a "quiz" and your file is named TEST. That suggests homework. Perhaps there is a language gap.

I have reviewed your file and do not see a question. I see a lot of descriptive notes, but what exactly do you need help with? If you can answer that more specifically, then that will also give you an idea for a better title.

As things stand now, I do not understand what you need help with.

Actually, you're right. And after that i saw from the beginning was understood that is a homework.

Is a little bit hard to explain but i'll try it.
In sheet 2 i have a list. Data for every person are in different rows and not one after the other. That's the reason i want to filter the LASTNAME, for non blank rows. Beside each row I have a dropdown list of options. Αs in certain rows selected a list, can I got the data from the same row in sheet 3? The same than those rows have a choice from the dropdown list, go to sheet 3 but without spaces between them.
I want to do this to avoid copy and paste one by one the elements. In the book, just to explain, I write that from the first table in sheet 3, the data automatically goes to sheet 4 for printing. And from the second table in sheet 3, go to sheet 5 for printing.
Sorry for my bad english,i trying for the best with little google translate.
